One-arm and One-leg Plank
Hey and a very good morning to you! Here’s a quick clip from my workout this morning.
Now I’m sure many of you’ve seen me do a plank before but for today I just want to share the role of core in my workouts.
Often many workouts focus on large muscle groups such as legs and arms while the core gets somewhat overlooked.
As far as I’m concerned, working my core is absolutely core to my workouts!
Although we often associate core with just great abs, the core actually comprises of chest, abs, back and hips!
Not only is it critical for posture and balance but a good core is also great for confidence…a big like the teams that work in resilience because working behind the scenes, they give firms the confidence to scale with speed and agility:)
So the next time you workout, do give the core a core spot!
